Supreme Court of India has been highly critical of orders passed in Best Bakery case ( which took place after well known Godhra Kand)by the Honorable Judges of Gujarat High Court. This led to transfer of this case to Maharashtra. But what about the quality of orders passed in other cases in Gujarat High Court as well as other High Courts of the country?
Some of the honorable lordships of various high courts know fully well that the Parliament cannot touch them and they can afford to abuse their power by passing arbitary orders.
On account of this the citizens become frustrated and even honest people feel that there is no sense in remaining steadfast in their principles and in order to survive they feel compelled to adopt to lies, cheating , frauds, thefts ,corruption, etc. knowing fully well that no one can touch them as the justice delivery system is full of deficiencies.
In case any one has been a victim of unreasonable , arbitary, brief orders of any honorable judge of any judge of High Court , all of them are requested to furnish details of case number, name of the judge along with name of high court and the text of judgment , then kindly share it as comment to this site so that over a period of time , compilation of such cases can be done and the people in power such as to impart true President of India –Abdul Kalam, CJI of Supreme Court of India ,Prime Minister of India-Dr. Manmohan Singh , Member of Parliament, Chief Election Commissioner , are compelled through media justice in case injustice is done by forcing strictures on these judges and mechanism is evolved whereby Supreme Court Bench is brought to each and every high court in the country to hear the matter again in the High Court premises in a speedy manner as a matter of routine . This would ensure that suitable checks are made inbuilt so that the judges of High Court do no abuse their power and common people do not have to visit Supreme Court of India.
It would be a good idea to spread the existence of this site to large number of affected people so as to bring about radical transformation of justice delivery system in the country.
Articles that have appeared in media would be placed on this site from time to time. or links to the articles would be provided on this site.
